Job Position: Structure Leadman

Location: Catoosa, OK 74015

Pay Rate: $28.00/hr.

Shift: 1st shift

Description:

Structure Leadman Task & Duties:

• Manage and control manpower including attendance in the responsible area to secure line capacity and to meet delivery schedule. Able to document data and write clear reports (production, rework, line stop, etc.)

• Follow updated scheduled to meet ship dates provided by management.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to be flexible and change tasks on a moment's notice. Ability to plan and develop layout and conduct daily meetings with departments to determine the agenda.

• Estimate, raise material requisition and inspect material quantity. Examines produced items to determine if items meet specifications and industrial standards. Interprets specifications/blueprints and communicates or instructs team members to follow standard work instructions and industrial standards.

• establish or adjust work procedures to standardize good work practices and to ensure quality of work. Ability to coach and train new employees up to required standards. Perform 100% first article inspections by visual examining work piece, measure part or whole dimensions sizes, square, flatness, and other drawing instructions.

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with client's polices, procedures, employee handbook, and applicable laws. Must demonstrate and exhibit professional qualities when speaking with employees., whether in a one-on-one setting or a group setting.

Manufacturing Shift Information:

• Night shift hours: 5pm-3:30am

• Monday - Friday

Structure Leadman Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• 3 to 5 years related experience within a manufacturing environment required, this includes welding experience as well.

• Strong attention to details

• Carry out supervisor responsibilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-pace environment.

• Able to pass a background check.

• Able to work in the United States.
