Enhanced Roles & Responsibilities:

MRB Support:

  • Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of aerospace engineering by conducting in-depth functional analysis for product non-conformities.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external engineering teams, contributing to groundbreaking non-conformity analysis.
  • Present compelling justifications to local authorities, substantiating the disposition of non-conformities and influencing the future of aircraft structural and mechanical systems.
  • Showcase your expertise in interpreting Stress Analysis Reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with certification regulations.
  • Drive change by proposing analyses for component enhancements, reducing or eliminating Manufacturing Review Board (MRB) instances.
  • Provide expert engineering support, contributing to the advancement of production processes and ensuring the highest quality standards.
  • Evaluate components' fit, form, function, and lifespan, shaping the certified configuration of aerospace systems.

Component Design and Analysis Support:

  • Unleash your creativity by extracting system requirements from customer specifications and incorporating them into groundbreaking component design processes.
  • Contribute to the development of components and modules, balancing cost, performance, lifespan, and system requirements for a holistic approach.
  • Collaborate with a talented team, utilizing cutting-edge CAE tools such as NX, ANSYS Classic, and ANSYS Workbench for efficient design and analysis.
  • Apply advanced technical principles to overcome diverse engineering challenges, making a real impact on the aerospace industry.
  • Evaluate components for fit, form, function, and lifespan, aligning with certified configurations and pushing the boundaries of innovation.

Note: The role may encompass additional tasks beyond the listed responsibilities.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Bring your unparalleled expertise with over 25 years of experience in the dynamic gas turbine industry.
  • Hold a degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering (BS/B.Tech) and showcase your passion for excellence.
  • Demonstrate your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks with finesse.
  • Communicate with impact, exhibiting strong oral and written communication skills to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Showcase your proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, as you contribute to groundbreaking projects.
