WHAT YOULL DO

You will be responsible for performing detailed engineering design on a variety of engineering tasks.You will provide approval on proposed project plans.

As a Project Engineer, a typical day may include the following:

• Applying technical knowledge to designs and ensures projects meet specifications
• Collaborating with Project Managers and Unit Leaders on process and design improvements
• Assisting in preparation of proposals by estimating engineering hours
• Following systems of quality control and provide status of projects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• 2 - 8 years of work experience within the pipeline industry or a related industry
• General Meter and Compression Station Structural Design experience preferred
• Curious and active listener:You have a deep hunger to learn, coupled with a willingness to think outside the box.You ask a lot of questions.You recognize there is a difference between hearing and listening.
• Resilient and self-motivated:You are always striving to build upon previous successes
• Detail oriented:The little things matter!
• Collaborative:When we all succeed, were better for it!

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the Natural Gas industry
• Registration as a EIT or professional engineer
