An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Structural Engineering Director for their Orlando team
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of public/private development projects
- Build a strong engineering team (including recruiting)
- Build/maintain client relationships through marketing Structural Engineering capabilities, project/client interviews, and working directly with facility owners
- Attend meetings with clients, authorities having jurisdiction, and other professionals
- Coordinate with in-house project team members
- Ensure projects meet QA/QC standards including reviewing designs prepared by others
- Lead/work on multiple projects concurrently
Requirements:
- BS in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 12+ years of structural design experience (including a variety of building/system types)
- PE License
- Experience leading design teams
- Experience designing multiple types of buildings (architectural/industrial)
Salary is commensurate with experience.
