We are seeking a Structural Designer to join our growing team! specializing in significant industrial facility projects. You will be responsible involve gathering field measurements for the creation of 2D & 3D AutoCAD and 3D Revit drawings for engineering packages.
Responsibilities:
- Field assessments and measurements of structures to develop repair or replacement plans.
- Create intricate structural drawings for steel, concrete, wood, and masonry.
- Take the lead in crafting design sections of assessment reports.
- Ensure the quality of drafts produced by colleagues.
- Formulate and implement new technology applications for both existing and emerging tools.
- Provide technical guidance to less experienced drafters.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Drafting, Architecture or Design, preferred.
- 3+ Years of experience in a Drafting or Designer role
- Experience with AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and Revit, required.
- Experience with Bluebeam, Advanced Steel and knowledge of design codes preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
