STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER , CORRUGATE POP DISPLAYS

The Structural Engineer , Corrugate POP Displays is responsible for planogram creation, display design and ideation, structural integrity, value engineering and final design output and execution of the client’s printed displays. This person works on site in Phoenix, AZ and works directly with client stakeholders, internal team members, and external stakeholders to lead and coordinate display design and production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake , discussion and build of initial display mock-ups for new projects with client.
• Gather project requirements and provide planogram based on project needs.
• Manage initial display design and multiple revisions with client.
• Provide on the spot value engineering recommendations.
• Execute prototypes with internal or external supplier partners.
• Provide Bill of Materials to on site project manager to manage project estimates and sourcing.
• Work with clients on site to review and manage the details of the display prototypes.
• Build relationships and communication channels with clients to ensure smooth workflow and handoffs.
• Liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and on-time delivery within budget.
• Execute production efficiently in accordance with the procedures described in business processes.
• Identify and develop programmatic solutions, which are both beneficial and economical for the client and HH Global.
• Provide high-quality customer service, communicating to clients with appropriate and relevant status updates.
• Escalate production issues immediately to management.
• Engage in a consultative partnership with the client to improve achievement of marketing goals on assigned projects.
• Ensure goal tracking and achievement of SLAs and KPIs is consistent with client standards and contractual requirements and internal KPIs related to operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of corrugated design or engineering experience
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with clients in a manufacturing, client, or agency environment.
• Comfortable in a client facing environment.
• Ability to think proactively and provide structural recommendations on the fly.
• Advanced proficiency in Artios CAD or similar design software specific to displays.
• Demonstrated aptitude in learning new technology for application in a professional environment.
• Ability to work independently with a drive to continually hit goals and succeed.
• C onsistent c lient communication and problem-solving experience with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience excelling within fast-paced, high-energy environments.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
