Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Strength And Conditioning Coach. The coach will be responsible for developing and implementing sport-specific training programs, enhancing athletic performance, and preventing injuries. The coach will also provide guidance on what speed, power and strength training and proper form. Coach is also responsible for maintaining their share of the list of clients to help facilitate their needs.
Qualifications
Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning skills
Athletic Performance and Injury Prevention expertise
Experience with Strength Training and proper form techniques
Ability to evaluate athletes' fitness levels and design individualized programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Certification from National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) or equivalent organizations
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field
Experience working with college or professional athletes is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
- Year round work
