You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.

You'll be able to collaborate with a fun and supportive team who works with stakeholders across a large organization. You'll enjoy a flexible work environment that enables you to explore different learning opportunities and forge your own career path. We are the Experience Design Operations team.

We measure and analyze results with a focus on continuous improvement. You will learn about SEO best practices as well as current, past and upcoming trends in the SEO industry. There will be a focus on building knowledge of the use of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Keywords Everywhere and Semrush.

You will work closely with the SEO Strategist (your mentor) to create reports and analyze performance for all Siemens Digital Industries Software web sites. Under their supervision, you will consult with Content Strategy, Content Production, and Global Demand Center teams to optimize organic search performance for key terms. As part of this, you may work with the teams to design and test new ideas for search optimization.

You will also have an opportunity to work with the Technical SEO Analyst on site performance reporting and analysis and make recommendations to the development teams for improvement. In this role, you will: Learn our SEO best practices for our web properties Setup projects and dashboards in SEO analysis tool such as SEMrush and Google Analytics Analyze data and create regular and ad hoc reports of search performance to various marketing teams Identify where websites underperform in organic search and recommend strategies for improvement Work with the SEO Strategist and broader Digital Customer Experiences team execute search optimization projects Consult with the Technical SEO Analyst on core web vitals reports to uncover technical SEO issues and make recommendations for remediation Organizational requirements: Completed or currently enrolled in classes related to Search Engine Optimization, Web Design, Digital Marketing or related disciplines Major in Technical Writing, Communications, Marketing or Advertising preferred Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly A love of data analysis and ability to see the story behind the numbers Excellent communication and presentation skills Basic understanding and working experience with Microsoft Office tools The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $44.00.
