The Role at a Glance
We are excited to bring on a Strategic Partnership Consultant to our Customer Data & File Solutions team to work 100% remote in the United States.

Background Details
As a Strategic Partnership Consultant, you will be responsible for managing benefit administrator performance, developing streamlined processes, and act as an expert resource for the EDI Onboarding teams. You will improve the customer EDI Onboarding experience and establish strong relationships between our operational organization and external benefit administrators. In addition, you will bring together internal and external stakeholders to develop improved processes and performance to our customers.
What you'll be doing
  • Retain and grow Group Protections business by improving partnerships with EDI vendors.
  • Reduce EDI setup time by engaging EDI vendors.
  • Work closely with the Account Management, Distribution, EDI, Implementation, and other business partners to determine opportunities.
  • Establish EDI vendor best practices – EDI vendors limitations, capabilities, non-standard processes for each vendor.
  • Meeting frequently with EDI vendors to review inventory opportunities.
  • Drive programs and processes to improve existing EDI vendor partnerships and the client experience.
  • Act as an expert resource regarding LFG EDI capabilities for the sales/RFP process and implementation of high-profile clients.
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
  • 4+ years of experience in EDI/Enrollment Operations, Account Management, or similar experience
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint abilities
  • Bachelors Degree (4-year degree)

Nice-to-haves:
  • Process improvement experience in the EDI/Enrollment environment
  • Demonstrated experience bringing cross functional teams (internal and external) together to improve processes

Pay Range: $67,000 - $120,700

Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
