Job Summary: The Strategic Initiatives Program Manager will assume a pivotal role in managing and driving key strategic projects and programs within the Prominence Health enterprise. This position is responsible for supporting business development, health plan, value-based care, and support services initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of our organization's objectives. The role involves coordinating leadership, cross-functional teams, facilitating communication, and ensuring the timely and budget-conscious completion of projects. Regular travel is required to meet with stakeholders and attend industry events.

Qualifications
Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management, strategy, or a related field; Experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on Health Plans and Value-Based Care preferred.
- Project or Program Management Professional (PMP/PgMP) or Agile certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, health plan operations, and value-based care models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized individual with strong skills in content summarization and presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze healthcare data.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time, depending on project requirements and company needs.
