The Security Engineer - Privileged Access Management will serve as a subject matter expert for services and solutions supporting the Managed Identity Services business within our customer base. The Security Engineer will help clients gain insight and context into their complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments and provide ongoing services to assess, improve, and build infrastructure, processes, and policies to meet the client's IAM needs. The Security Engineer will also serve as a mentor to other engineers and consultants within the practice discipline.
This role will report to the Manager of Technical Service Delivery within the Stratascale department.
This position will report to Charlotte, NC on a hybrid work schedule as determined by Stratascale management.

Responsibilities
Include, but not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day operations and projects associated with the customer Identity platform(s)
- Manage adherence to all performance related KPI(s) and SLA(s) within all the customers identity platform(s)
- Provide front-line troubleshooting and support for customers identity platform(s)
- Manage root cause analysis(RCA) for all impacting events of customer's identity platform(s)
- Manage and participate in all necessary change management activities
- Work with customer, Stratascale, and other third parties to troubleshoot any Identity platform related issues
- Provide timely reporting related to relevant identity metrics
- Manage all upgrade activities for customer identity platform(s)
- Provide technical expertise related to identity management for any adjacent customer projects
- Manage any assigned technical escalations
- Mentor junior team members
- Provide off-hours support for identity platforms - as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience working on implementing and running complex Identity Management solutions

- Experience managing Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud or CyberArk Privileged Access Management
- Proven experience integrating IAM solutions with various platforms including but not limited to Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, LDAP, ODBC/JDBC platforms, UNIX/Linux, AWS, GCP, Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM
- Deep understanding of user lifecycle management (Joiner - Mover - Leaver) and building/managing appropriate workflows
- In-depth skills in troubleshooting enterprise Identity Management implementation
- Hands-on skills in creating and managing access governance and certification campaigns
- Detailed knowledge of Segregation of Duties, Risk Management, and Role/Attribute Access Controls (RBAC/ABAC), as well as role modeling/mining competencies
- Solid level of security industry knowledge, with proven IAM industry knowledge
- Strong fundamental understanding of technical security solutions and how they address customer risk exposure and solve critical use cases

Additional Information
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $110,000 - $155,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
