Our Landscaping Crew Members are a driving force behind our success. In this key role, you'll use landscaping and maintenance expertise to service our clients' stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties. If you have prior experience in Landscaping, as a Maintenance Technician, Construction Worker, or General Laborer, or if you enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you!

• Routine maintenance and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure (retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates, and other stormwater assets)
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance and cleanup, light construction, and maintenance repairs for client properties
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment.
• Travel from the shop to client sites locally and regionally using the company truck.
  • Up to 1 week per month is typical (Monday - Friday).

• Experience with outdoor labor (landscaping, construction, grounds maintenance and repair, or similar work)
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screenings.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and a reliable method of transportation
• Dedication to safe work practices.
• Willingness to travel.
• Must be able to physically perform the basic functions of bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, walking, standing, sitting, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, and hearing. Must be able to perform work exerting up to up to 60 pounds of force; and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Must possess visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to operate machines and tools such as mowers and weed whackers to perform tasks. Able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
