We want a manager who can mentor and INSPIRE the team.
The main mission of this position is to oversee the residential sales team and drive them to achieve the weekly, monthly and year-end sales goals. While the Sales Manager's top-line goals will be revenue-driven, the day-to-day functions of the role will involve the mentorship and training of the salesforce to give them the tools that they need to succeed. We are looking for someone who will be in the trenches with the team and show them what success means.
THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE POSITION, activities such as door knocking, adjuster meetings, inspections, and closing sales are expected. The Sales Manager will be expected to conduct daily meetings with his/her sales team and monitor and manage such sales metrics as; Preset leads closed, leads generated, adjuster meetings and submitted claims, and analyze KPIs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for ensuring the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met through items such as:
- Draft, train, coach and lead a team of sales representatives through helping property owners after severe weather events.
- Leading the charge by inspecting roofs, meeting with clients, canvassing neighborhoods, knocking on doors to generate new leads.
- Prospecting for new opportunities and closing sales
- Hire, train, manage, and mentor a sales team
- Weekly review and setting of sales team goals
- Executing direct sales market strategy
- Working with ownership to establish a sales reporting framework
- Customer service
- Listening to and evaluating sales calls
- Other job duties as assigned

- This is not an office position. Will be in the field 60-70% of the time
