Job Description:

We are looking for "TOP REP" who want to be part of our team of super stars! We assist home/business owners through the entire insurance/claim process, not only educating them but also supporting them and making it EZ for them.

We provide options/solutions for all type of roofing needs!

Requirements:

• High Energy personality.
• Team Player.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Two (2) + years of sales experience.
• Roofing and construction experience is a plus.
• Driving license.
• Dependable vehicle able to transport a ladder.
• Must have good client interfacing skills. Clean personal hygiene
• knowledge of established construction and maintenance practices, procedures and techniques as well as applicable safety regulations
• Knowledge of multiple roofing systems: Shingles, Metal, Tiles, Coatings, all Single Ply, and Mod Bit. Working knowledge tools, methods, and materials used in general maintenance and roofing trade work. is a plus
• Ability to climb ladders and must be comfortable working heights above 50 ft.
• Ability to perform thorough roof inspections.
• Ability to inspect and locate defects in existing roof systems.
• Perform minor repairs and/or water tests to active leaks.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
• Strong communications skills. Thorough and attentive to details. Able to prioritize and multi-task. Proactive and deadline-oriented.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Clean, professional appearance Clear, strong communication skills

• Ability to travel to different locations daily, sometimes including long distances

Safety:

• Ability to recognize safety hazards in the work involved and takes precautionary measures to protect self and others.
• Participate in inspection of roofs for routine problems; participate in scheduled preventative maintenance programs to diagnose and troubleshoot roofing problems.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and actively seek new business opportunities in the roofing industry
• Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of roofs to determine repair or replacement needs
• Provide accurate estimates and proposals to potential customers
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth project execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers
