A well-established company, that is a leading provider of industrial supplies, is looking for a Storeroom Attendant to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with recent customer service experience in a warehouse environment!
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position.
In this role, you will doing cycle counts, inventory, using a scan gun, data entry and helping customers locate items. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional, clean and organized environment.
This role will include some data entry to maintain up-to-date records, inventory levels, and schedules. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in warehouse and is looking to grow within a company.
Storeroom Attendant Job Duties:
- Unload, receive and put away incoming products, tools and/or equipment
- Accurately sorts, labels, moves and stores items
- Assisting in inventory counts
- Issues product, goods, tools and/or equipment to site employees
- Any other assigned duties
Schedule:
- Day shift 7AM-3:30PM
Pay: $17.00 an hour
Storeroom Attendant Requirements:
- 3+ months relevant work experience
- Loading, unloading, picking, packing or moving goods in a warehouse environment
- Must be comfortable with computers/basic math
- Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated
- Demonstration of attention to detail and is safety minded
- Be open to learning how to operate equipment
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
