Store Supervisor Opportunity at Golden Bliss
Welcome to Golden Bliss, a newly opened gold jewelry store in downtown Santa Cruz. As our current manager prepares for a leave of absence at the end of summer, we seek an Assistant Sales Manager who can seamlessly step in during her absence. We're looking for a vibrant, outgoing individual with a passion for jewelry and impeccable attention to detail.
Assistant Sales Manager Requirements:
- Full-time position
- References required (3-5)
- Preferably 1.5+ years of previous supervisor experience
- Minimum of 2 years of previous retail sales experience
- Experience with high-volume sales is a plus
- Experience in luxury sales is a plus
- Preferred - Knowledge of gemstones
- Ability to manage a busy sales floor
- Proficiency in register handling keyholding
- Proficiency in inventory management and spreadsheet creation
- Capable of independently ordering inventory and store supplies
- Proficient in managing social media accounts
- Competent in handling day-to-day operations of the business
- Ability to rapidly adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong time management skills
- Fast learner with a diligent work ethic
- Proficient in multitasking
- Positive attitude and effective communication skills with upper management
- Physically able to lift 40lbs or more and stand for 8 hours
- Must be able to pass a background check
