We are looking for someone with secretarial and customer service experience to be added to our customer service team here at Liberty Center Dillards!!
-Be able to work a schedule of 9-6 Monday-Friday, with the flexibility to work a weekend every once in a while!
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
-Processing payroll on a weekly basis
-Ability to check employee timesheets and correct errors through our online system
-Upkeep attendance records
- Efficient calendar management skills to schedule appointments and meetings
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
- Ability to transcribe and type accurately with attention to detail
-Oversee new hire paperwork and training
-Organization of employee records and files
-Attention to detail is a must
-Experience with Microsoft excel/word
-Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms when needed
- Proficient in phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally
-Be support for small team of customer service employees
-Experience in scheduling preferred
-Experience working in a fast paced environment
-Assisting customers at the customer service desk in a friendly manner
-Occasionally assist the customer service team with online orders
-Ability to multitask
-Willingness to learn
-Great at problem solving
-Punctual and reliable
-Strong organization
