Store Retail Maintenance Specialist requires:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
2 Days a week in NY office
3+ years' work experience in Retail Maintenance environment
Superior communication skills both verbal and written
Strong computer skills Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Ability to navigate and make decisions without clear direction
Proven ability to convert data into plans
Organized-driven team member, able to act independently, and capable of switching rapidly between different projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Understanding of facilities repairs and maintenance in a complex retail environment
Experience using ServiceChannel
Store Retail Maintenance Specialist duties:
Actively manage daily Work Order volume and proactively communicate with Store Maintenance and Brand Leadership partners as appropriate
Ability to analyze and understand data for the purpose of identifying trends, cost drivers and suggest necessary changes to support business initiatives
Understand current business KPIs by proposing and creating business actions to help achieve them
Create, review, and evaluate system generated service partner reports to assess vendor performance and provide necessary feedback
Continually look for opportunities to optimize vendor responsiveness, reduce repair/replacement time and overall costs
Identify trends using a variety of Reporting Tools to support overall Brand Performance
