Möge Tee is a global and premier bubble tea brand with stores in China, North America, Australia, and Southeast Asia. We pride ourselves of delivering handcrafted tea blended with the highest quality ingredients to each one of our drinks.

We are opening a new and trendy location in New Hyde Park, Long Island and looking for an experienced, organized, and enthusiastic Store Manager/ Assistant Manager to lead our operation.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous restaurant / hospitality experience as a supervisor or manager
• Ability to lead, multi-task, motivate, and build a strong team in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a drive to deliver a great guest experience, efficient operations, and store/product quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Executes sales and profit plans that are in-line with budgetary goals.
• Accountable for profitability of the store by growing sales and controlling costs of goods, inventory levels, labor, supplies and expenses.
• Plans, executes, and communicates all sales promotions and new product information effectively and efficiently.
• Ensures proper team member coverage, scheduling according to the needs of business while maintaining target labor costs.
• Ensures that all Company drink and food recipes and procedures are followed, maintaining the highest quality and consistent product standards.
• Provides ongoing training and development to all team members in the areas of operating standards, customer service and product knowledge.
• Builds morale and team spirit by fostering a work environment where team members input is encouraged and valued.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
