Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive store traffic and increase sales
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure adherence to standards
- Manage store budget and expenses
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Knowledge of administrative tasks such as record keeping and reporting
- Familiarity with market trends and competition in the retail industry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
