What You'll Do at ATANA:

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
• Set sales targets and goals for the store and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
• Oversee merchandising and product presentation to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing shrinkage and loss.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage reservations, update customer profiles, and ensure all appointments are optimized.
• Lead client experiences from arrival to departure, ensuring every interaction is imbued with ATANA's high standards and leaves a lasting impression.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere, making each day feel like a celebration.
• Keep the working space pristine, ensuring every corner reflects ATANA's commitment to tranquility and cleanliness.

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a similar store environment 1+ year.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems is a plus.
• Background in salon/spa environments is welcomed but not required.
• Massage or Cosmetology Licensed preferred but not required
• Bring a positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

**Head Spa Healers are not required to go to massage or cosmetology school, we offer onsite training to have the knowledge of how to provide the Atana way services for our customers**

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.67 - $21.28 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
