We developed the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role to give people like you a foundation of management skills and an understanding of inventory, staff development, and what it means to work with purpose. Your time as a SMIT will vary in length based on your experience. Some complete the program in 12 weeks, while others take 24 months. When complete, you’ll be ready to step in and run a CVS Pharmacy as a Store Manager.
Working alongside a Store Manager, you’ll be involved with the strategic operation of a CVS Pharmacy store. This includes customer service leadership, store management, supervision, and policy implementation, sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training, and development, and financial management.

Pay: $70,869.00 - $95,193.00 per year
