Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising store staff
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Manage store budget and expenses
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences
- Proficient in math for handling cash transactions and managing budgets
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and record keeping
