Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Ensure that the store meets or exceeds sales goals and targets
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of employees to provide excellent customer service
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer traffic
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other Store Managers and corporate teams to implement company initiatives
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual language skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and reconciling daily sales
- Knowledge of wireless sales (if applicable) and understanding of the telecommunications industry
- Ability to conduct employee orientations and provide ongoing training and development
