Be the driving force behind a thriving 7 Leaves Cafe! This full-time opportunity offers an hourly rate of $21-24/hour and rewards your passion for coffee, community, and leadership. You'll connect with customers, manage your team, and contribute to the cafe's financial success. Expect a 40-hour workweek with variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create an enjoyable and welcoming experience for every customer that walks through our door through their management of the store's operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance, and team development
  • Guide our team in a customer-driven operation focused on embracing a "yes" mentality and ensuring a 107% guaranteed satisfaction rate.
  • Drive sales, increase efficiency, and provide problem-solving skills to maintain store operations and increase profitability through staffing, operations, etc.
  • Regularly review the store environment and key business indicators to identify obstacles, concerns, and opportunities for improvements; action plans are created to drive success for these challenges
  • Responsible for leading and instilling, embodying, and nurturing our 7 Leaves culture at our newly established corporate location in the outer market. As a key brand ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand.
  • Nurture and coach team members for personal and professional growth as individuals, and in a team environment (setting and monitoring team members' personal goals, holding team members accountable, maintaining a "customer comes first" attitude)
  • Provide team members with training and guidance to maintain the standards of 7 Leaves Cafe operations (customer satisfaction, product quality, safety, security, compliance, etc.)
  • Inspire and encourage a team of dedicated and goal-driven individuals to create a positive impact in their community
  • Collaborates with District Managers to make the most effective decisions and achieve results that grow our business and customer base
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be able to work at any location in the assigned district or county
  • Have an excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Have strong leadership skills and able to use it to coach and develop team members
  • Have a strong team well-being and sales-focused mindset
  • Eager to learn and build on constructive feedback
  • Able to manage store operations independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to manage multiple situations simultaneously and ensure that established service levels are achieved at all times
  • Possess the ability to deliver constructive feedback, and guide conflict resolution
  • Able to develop and grow future leaders for the organization

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs
  • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Possess a minimum of three years of managerial experience in customer service, preferably within the food service industry (retail experience also considered).
