We are announcing a new opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations. Duties will include the following:

• Ensure guests are given extraordinary party experiences
• Monitor all party operations are following best practices for health and safety
• Regularly execute service checks and offer remedies and solutions quickly
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Provide adequate staffing levels by creating weekly schedules
• Hire, train, and manage exceptional staff committed to bringing great parties
• Prep facility for daily needs
• Verify facility is maintained and cleaning protocols are followed
• Serve as Shift Supervisor, as needed, managing the front desk operations
• Recommend strategic and operational improvements

This position is ideal for adults who have worked in retail and entertainment environments and are looking for opportunities to expand their management resume.

Pay is competitive and will be based on experience. $18-22 per hour, with 24-30 hours weekly, flexible with party bookings.
