SalaryDuties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets. - Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service. - Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization. - Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash drawers. - Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Create employee schedules and manage payroll. - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. - Collaborate with the corporate office on marketing initiatives and promotions.
Skills:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a strong understanding of store operations. - Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred to effectively communicate with diverse customers. - Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems. - Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Strong sales management skills to drive revenue growth. - Ability to negotiate with vendors for favorable pricing and terms. - Knowledge of employee orientation processes to onboard new hires effectively.
