Store Manager
Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales targets.
- Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for store employees.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones. -Sales report
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing budgets.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Time management skills to ensure smooth store operations.
