Store Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Train and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage store budget and expenses effectively
- Collaborate with other Store Managers to share best practices and drive overall business success

Experience:
- Proven experience in wireless sales or a similar retail environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with customers and vendors
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in training and development of employees to enhance their skills and performance
- Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management principles

Skills:
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customer base
- Strong sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Ability to effectively manage shifts and schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Knowledge of budgeting principles to effectively manage store expenses
