Position
Ladd’s seeks a General/Branch Manager for the Canton MS location who possess:

· Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to
o Work well with all other management
o Establish procedures and checks to ensure highest QUALITY of work is performed by all employees
o Be accessible for employee and customer questions
o Recruit, train, evaluate, counsel, discipline and terminate employees as needed
o Monitor, approve and deny overtime hours as required
o Evaluate and plan professional development for employees (education)
o Oversee sales and marketing for Branch in coordination supervisor
o Present retail environment to customers
o Service turf industry through parts and technical support
o Establish location as a premier golf car supplier in Jackson area
o Service fleet golf car customers via parts and on road service tech
o Utilize outside sales person to capture commercial/industrial sales
o Ensure Service technicians are effective in achieving responsibilities
o Drive successful outside commercial/industrial sales
o Promote and close retail sales of vehicles at approved profit levels
o Develop rental vehicle business for all areas
