We're seeking a qualified Manager to work at our Fredericktown, MO, location!

As a Plaza Tire Service manager, you will be the face of the company – leading a group of employees and working directly with customers who need tires, routine maintenance and other services.
While previous automotive experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. A proven track record in sales and management is necessary. We will train the right person for the position.
Responsibilities:
- Sell tires by focusing on the features and benefits of the product in relation to the customer’s needs
- Sell automotive services ranging from routine maintenance to repair services
- Schedule service work and manage the workflow
- Address and resolve customer concerns/complaints with a goal of complete customer satisfaction
- Lead a team of employees, which can include an assistant manager, salespeople, service manager, mechanics and tire technicians
- Oversee daily store operations
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting activities for the store
- Audit GL’s/PL’s for correctness
- Hire and train staff
- Motivate employees; work to resolve employee issues
- Be willing to grow knowledge through training, certifications and licensures
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least three years of work experience in sales, customer service or an automotive-related field
- Proven sales record from previous employment
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to explain complex repairs in layman’s terms
- Valid driver’s license required
