We are a local, family-owned Jiffy Lube franchisee committed to serving the Pee Dee and Upstate regions of South Carolina since 2002. We operate 5 locations in the Pee Dee (Florence and Lake City) and 9 locations in the Upstate (Greenville, Anderson, Clemson, Easley, Mauldin, Greer, and Moore). We are a two-time Franchisee of the Year award winner within the Jiffy Lube nationwide network. Bronco Lube LLC is seeking to hire a General Manager to continue our legacy as the RIGHT option for automotive maintenance and repair in SC since 2002.

Type of Work Performed:

• Manage the daily operation of the service center and all personnel.
• Responsible for store compliance with all policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and JTSS documentation.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Manage inventory.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained.
• Ensure all employees are properly trained per JTSS guidelines; provide leadership in developing skill levels.
• Uphold store image standards.
• Other duties as requested or assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2 years or more experience in a similar leadership role.
• Commitment to our standards for strong character and company values.
• A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
• Strong team builder with the ability to work well with others.
• Desire to coach and invest in your team!
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with customer sales.
• Must have good time management and organizational skills. (Multi-tasking is a must in our business.)
• Will need to be able to work a Windows 10 computer system.
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors, spending up to 10 hours per day standing/moving around the facility.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License
