Store Manager

Duties:

- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with regional managers and other store managers to share best practices and drive overall business success.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Skills:

- Strong background in wireless sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and upper management.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with suppliers and vendors.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in training and development, including creating training programs and conducting employee workshops.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team, including hiring, coaching, and motivating employees.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles to effectively manage store expenses and maximize profitability.
- Flexibility in working hours, including the ability to work shifts as needed.
