Marijuana Doctor is one of Florida's leading providers of medical marijuana evaluations. With over 35 locations and growing throughout the state, we serve patients with the utmost integrity, care, and compassion.

We are searching for someone who is enthusiastic, cheerful, eager, wants to learn and work hard, a team player with excellent computer and phone skills, an exceptional work ethic and shares a love and passion for our industry.

Candidates must be well organized, detail oriented, work independently and exhibit excellent phone and interpersonal customer service skills. Candidates should be confident in using computers and be able to use Google and Microsoft programs.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate administrative and clinical services on a full-time in-office only basis and any additional offices that may open in the area.

  • Perform the full duties of a Patient Educator (Admin) during shifts as needed: as scheduled to achieve the profitability targets of the location and/or to cover staffing shortfalls.

  • Responsible for the overall financial performance of the assigned office locations, ongoing analysis of KPI’s by location, and creation of rolling three month and six month action plans for each location to drive enhanced financial performance.

  • Responsible for making cash deposits and completing the reconciliation on a weekly basis.

  • Create the weekly and monthly doctor and Patient Educator (Admin) schedules, review the schedules daily closer to the appointment date and condense schedules wherever appropriate to maximize staff productivity while maintaining high customer service. Communicate required schedule changes on a timely basis to the call center and to the individual managing the website.

  • Supervise team members and clerical staff to ensure quality patient care and to provide exceptional customer service, monitoring overall customer satisfaction review ratings. Spend time in each satellite office at least once every two weeks while being based in the office location.

  • Analyze staff performance and provide feedback, guidance, training and encouragement in order to impact results. Ensure corporate guidelines, such as staff attire requirements, are adhered to.

  • Keep team members accountable through the review and discussion of KPIs and conduct periodic staff audits.

  • Train new staff members and provide ongoing training as needed.

  • Answer operational questions and issues from team and staff.

  • Oversee office maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, organization, signage, supplies, use/tracking of equipment.

  • Perform daily opening and/or closing of the office including end-of-day accounting as needed.

  • Establish and ensure compliance with work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the offices.

  • Responsible for resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other store locations.

  • Maintain effective, collaborative communication with other store locations outside his/her direct responsibility.

  • Assist in the development of new operations, procedures and policies and share best practices with colleagues.

  • Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility and input into developing the budget.

  • Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with the doctors in the offices.

  • Work in concert with the Community Outreach and Local Marketing Manager (COLMM) to create and successfully implement a rolling calendar of local events which drive awareness of MarijuanaDoctor.com AND create incremental new patient traffic. Attend events as needed.

  • Conduct post mortem analysis of events in conjunction with COLMM to learn for future events.

  • Proactively reach out to local dispensaries, relevant local organizations, and medical groups to build relationships within the community to drive traffic.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years business/sales, retail operations experience or customer service experience

  • Dynamic personality with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to travel 30% of the time to satellite office locations within an hour's drive of the base office

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google Drive

  • Possess a reliable vehicle and a clean driving license

  • Must possess a High School diploma/equivalent

  • Flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, holidays

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Day shift

  • Weekend availability

Job Type: Full-time, in office/not remote

Salary: $41,000 per year base pay plus bonuses paid out monthly based on KPIs
