Shift Description
- Early Morning to Late Evening. 18+ Requires working with age restricted equipment.
- Tipped position (Hourly range includes tip average).
- Understand responsibility of all aspects of daily operations and maintains the “big picture”.
- Responsible for inventory management, ordering, scheduling and staff operations.
- Leads team and upholds brand standards.
- Communicates with Territory Leader for operational and support needs.
- Cross-trained in ALL areas and oversees prep, baking, serving guests and cleaning tasks.
- Monitors and manage sales, labor, and food costs.
- Develops relationships with vendors, businesses, and community members.
- Maintains cleanliness of all areas at all times to ensure efficient and safe performance of all duties.
- Train new employees.
- Performs any other duties assigned by the Territory Leader.
