AVAILABILITY: Monday - Friday 7:45AM-11:15PM; Saturday & Sunday 8:45AM-10:15PM
PAY: $21 per hour plus tips (training pay before moving to on-call is $12 per hour plus tips)
Company Overview: Join our dynamic team at Tallulah CBD Mushrooms THC, a leading hemp/cannabis store dedicated to bringing customers high quality alternative wellness products. We're seeking a motivated and customer-oriented On-Call Sales Associate to support our team in delivering exceptional service and driving sales.
Position Overview: As an On-Call Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer experiences while maximizing sales opportunities. This position offers flexibility, as you'll be scheduled on an as-needed basis, particularly during peak times, weekends, or special events. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers, recommending products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately to process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and quick learner.
- Ability to regularly check cell phone for messages and quick responses back.
- Reliable transportation.
- No other job or scheduling commitments.
- Ability to work at all 7 Tallulah stores including our Thomasville, Georgia location.
- Must have full open availability and be able to pick up shifts as needed 7 days per week.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work on short notice, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

There are no fixed or guaranteed weekly hours. The On-Call employee could potentially work up to 40 hours per week if needed at all 7 Tallulah locations including our Thomasville, Georgia store. This is great job for someone who is doing self-paced online learning or crafts their own products at home and has a flexible schedule. Job candidate must have 7 day per week open availability without any other commitments and reliable transportation. This includes open availability on weekends and holidays.
