Store Employee

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers

- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs

- Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos

- Demonstrate and sell Doughboy above ground pools

- Demonstrate and sell Bullfrog spas

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred

- Knowledge of pools, spas and associated products is a plus

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service

Skills:

- Sales skills to effectively promote products and close sales

- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions

- Basic understanding of retail math for calculating discounts, taxes, and change

- Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

Pay: $48,184.00 - $52,651.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
