Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Conduct sales transactions using a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and sales events
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer experience
- Demonstrate product features and functionality to customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of electronic products and technology sales is desirable
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
