```Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in our retail store. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits
- Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions through the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and product knowledge
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of technology products such as electronics, wireless devices, or jewelry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Ability to perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

Expected hours: 15 – 38 per week

• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
