Store Cash Office

Responsibilities:

Please read carefully Cash Office experience a must, available in early morning MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN CASH OFFICE

As Store Cashier you are responsible for counting and balancing store vault and all registers; prepare cash and check deposits, balancing worksheet and general ledger; order change and replenishing cash in ATM. Accountable for completing verification for armored car and deposits to bank. PRIOR EXPERIENCE A MUST! Part time only.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Promote current sales and promotions to customers
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics or wireless sales, is preferred
- Knowledge of technical specifications and features of electronic products is a plus
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
