Position Overview:
As a Store Associate in our tire and wheel shop, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their product and service needs, addressing inquiries, and overcoming objections to create lasting customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Excellence:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach in all interactions, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
2. Product Knowledge:
- Acquire a thorough understanding of our tire, wheel, and wheel repair products/services, including features, benefits, and compatibility with various vehicles.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
3. Objection Handling:
- Proactively identify and address customer objections or concerns related to tire purchases or services.
- Utilize effective communication and product knowledge to overcome objections and provide suitable alternatives when necessary.
4. Sales Support:
- Assist customers in selecting the right tires based on their vehicle specifications, driving habits, and budget.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.
5. Maintenance Services:
- Educate customers on the importance of regular tire maintenance and offer relevant services such as tire rotations, balancing, and alignments.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
6. Clean and Organized Environment:
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the showroom and product displays.
- Ensure that all tire-related equipment and tools are well-maintained and in proper working condition.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle objections with professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of automotive tires and maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
