Store Associate

Esch Construction Supply, Inc. is a Fair Chance Employer and is seeking a Store Associate to join the Waukesha location. This position will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team by providing administrative support, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Provide product information, pricing details, and assist customers in selecting the appropriate diamond blades for their specific needs.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and inventory management to fulfill customer orders effectively.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Higher
• 1+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
• Detail oriented for accurate record keeping.
• Advanced professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction industry in a plus.
