The Assistant Manager will be the first point of contact within Meathead Movers' Mini Storage facility and will greet, check in and care for the customers, as well as the facility. They will also assist customers over the phone with storage needs, providing world class Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assist tenants with inquiries, rentals, and promptly address any concerns. Must possess exemplary customer service, attention to detail and interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow processes and procedures effectively.
• Assist in Daily Operations: Support the storage property manager in overseeing daily operations, including leasing, maintenance, and security. The job requires a tech savvy individual that is familiar with various software applications and have the ability to type at least 30 words per minute on a computer keyboard.
• Rentals and Leases: Assist in the rental process, from showing units to explaining rental terms, and processing rental agreements. Familiarity with SiteLink application is a plus.
• Property Maintenance: Help maintain the facility's cleanliness and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed. Must be able to perform light janitorial duties in and around the facility.
• Security: Contribute to property security by monitoring access and assisting in security measures.
• Financial Management: Assist with rent collection and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in property management, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Will need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs and ability to physically move around the property to ensure it is adequately maintained and operating.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.

Working Hours:
We are open 6 days a week, must be open to working on Saturdays.
Compensation:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour plus benefits for full-time position
