Stockroom Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stockroom Manager. As the Stockroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our stockroom and ensuring that inventory is properly managed. This is a key role in our retail establishment, and we are looking for someone who can effectively manage inventory, supervise staff, and maintain a well-organized stockroom.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the stockroom operations

- Supervise and direct delivery drivers, help with parts pulling

- Ensure accurate inventory control through regular stock counts and audits

- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy of deliveries

- Organize and maintain stockroom layout to optimize efficiency

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom area

- Assist with pricing and labeling of merchandise as needed

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to supervise and motivate a team

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

- Proficient in using inventory management systems or software

- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
