Stocker - Wed-Sun/Sat-Wed - Day Shift

As a Merchandiser, you'll dive into a dynamic role where you play a pivotal part in ensuring our inventory is impeccably maintained and readily available for seamless order fulfillment. From driving between stores, help unloading trucks, to meticulously stocking shelves, your contributions will be instrumental in optimizing our operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Unloading delivery trucks and verifying shipments against packing lists.
• Organizing and replenishing merchandise on shelves and racks.
• Implementing stock rotation practices to ensure older inventory is used first.
• Conducting regular inventory counts and assisting with periodic audits.
• Assisting in the identification of slow-moving or excess inventory.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MUST HAVE Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Prior experience in a restocking or inventory-related role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
