Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm 

 

About the role:

Fill work requisitions and supply materials and/or inventory to production areas/locations.  Track inventory flow and verify paperwork in warehouse/stockroom.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receive Material from Incoming.
  • Properly identify and label product.
  • Store Material in correct location.
  • Support production floor by transporting material as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records on materials, batches, and location.
  • Perform Cycle Counting.
  • Fulfill Kanban and Production order Picklist.
  • Supply and deliver engineer requisitions.
  • Duties require Lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 pounds (at least 25% - 75% of the time).  Extensive walking, bending, and standing, pumping chemicals from one container to another.  Processing transactions at computer terminal.
  • Must comply with requirements of ISO 14001 and BSC Environmental, Health and Safety standards and follow procedures and instructions related to these standards.
     

Required qualifications 

  • 2 Years with high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or An equivalent combination of education/work experience, Certification in assigned area preferred.
  • Good communications skills
  • Performs process according to GOI
  • Must be adaptable to changing procedures; ability to learn new procedures due to changing   products and technology. May be asked to cross train on a variety of department operations.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to maintain lean systems
  • No written corrective actions
  • Meet time and attendance standards
  • Minimal accountability points
