Ability to documentcare given.Essential Duties and Responsibilities1.Assists residents with dressing, grooming,eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, transfers, transports, escortsand exercising.2.Gives treatments, performs tests, carries ourprocedures and collects specimens as instructed.3.Reports and records observations and resultsof treatments, tests and procedures and specimens when indicated.4.
