We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Full-Time Brand Ambassador in the Inland Empire area to be the face and voice of our brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events. This position requires a flexible schedule, primarily working nights and weekends.
To excel in this role, you must possess outstanding communication and networking skills, coupled with a robust social media presence. Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or in a similar role is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of sales and marketing principles. The ideal candidate demonstrates a competitive spirit while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Getting acquainted with the company's mission, vision, and objectives.
- Collaborating closely with Sales and Field Sales teams to develop marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Providing information to customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
- Establishing connections with customers and vendors.
- Monitoring and escalating customer feedback and complaints to the Field Sales and Sales department.
- Analyzing customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
- Acting as the company's representative at product launches, events, and trade shows.
- Generating ideas and actively participating in training and workshops.
- Upholding a positive brand image consistently.
- Gaining a deep understanding of the company's cannabis products, including strains, effects, and consumption methods.
- Serving as a knowledgeable and positive cannabis Brand Ambassador, both in-person and online.
- Instructing customers and clients on the merits, uses, and impacts of the brand's cannabis products.
- Ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal cannabis regulations and laws.
- Engaging with customers and vendors, addressing inquiries, and offering tailored recommendations based on their requirements.
- Staying informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Assisting sales teams in achieving revenue targets and imparting product expertise to sales personnel.
- Compiling regular reports on sales patterns, customer feedback, other brands, recommendations, foot traffic, demographics, and promotional efforts.
- Overseeing product inventory and ensuring sufficient stock levels for CADs.
- Training other team members and staff on the brand's products and principles.
- Allocating 1-2 days per week to finalize reporting.
- Traveling daily to conduct in-store assessments.
- Executing in-store surveys
