- CRCST certification
- Minimum of 2 years in Central Services sterilizing experience and/or Instrument Technician

- Certifications - certifications dont need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
- License- OR license doesn't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
- COVID vaccination - no longer required
- BLS (AHA)
