This position is HIGHLY seasonal. Hours will be 10-15 per week until May/June and then hours vary throughout the summer as events are booked, but can be up to 40-50 hours per week. This position needs a very flexible schedule and MUST be able to work evenings and weekends, sometimes long hours outdoors.
Responsibilities of the Stella's Ice Cream Shop Events Manager:
- Coordinate logistics of multiple event bookings
- Delivery, setup, breakdown for various events. This includes Ice Cream carts, Ice Cream trucks, coolers, Ice Cream buckets, tables, etc.
- Serve customers and clients at events, food service experience is preferred.
Required Skill
- Ability to drive company vehicle and large trucks safely.
- Ability to park a large step van as well as back up a truck.
-Ability to move large equipment and lift/carry 50+ pounds often.
- Time management
- Multitasking
